LSA Super Grains

LSA Super Grains blends ground Linseed (also known as Flaxseed), Sunflower Seeds and Almonds, then adds chia seeds, buckwheat and quinoa.

  • Linseeds are the richest source of the Omega-3 fatty acid Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), which we need for a healthy heart and brain. ALA is an essential fatty acid, which means our bodies can’t make it, so we must get it from the foods we eat.
  • Almonds are a good source of monounsaturated fat, which is important for keeping cholesterol levels down and supporting heart health. They also supply Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that helps to protect your blood vessels and heart.

Bircher Muesli

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and what better way to start your day than with a delicious bowl of Bircher Muesli? Packed with nutrient-dense ingredients like oats, grains, seeds and dried fruit, Bircher provides an array of health benefits. Oats in particular are super-good for us - they help to lower cholesterol levels and supply long-lasting energy for hours after we eat them. That makes them perfect if you tend to get peckish mid-morning! Try the energising recipe below....

Bircher Muesli - Stir ½ cup of Healtheries Apple & Raisin Bircher Muesli with ⅓ cup of cold water, milk or juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight to soak. When it’s ready to eat, top with thick natural yoghurt, grated apple, or berries and crunchy almonds. Enjoy!

Stoneground Wholemeal flour

This wholesome flour is made from 100% wholemeal wheat, meaning it contains all of the grain, including the bran and germ, where all of the goodness is found.

Green tea contains potent antioxidants called catechins. These antioxidants have been shown to have a range of health benefits including supporting weight management, improving bone density, and helping to prevent certain cancers and cardiovascular disease.

Green tea naturally contains caffeine for mental alertness; however it contains less than your regular cup of tea or coffee. This makes it a great alternative if you want reduce your daily caffeine intake without cutting it out completely.
