Cutting down on sugar can be a difficult task, especially for those with a sweet-tooth. Sugar not only presents itself as added sugar within the treats we have come to love over the years, but it is also naturally present in everyday foods like fruits and dairy that make up our balanced diet.
So what does this mean for those of us trying to cut back on sugar?
