Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie
You’ll be going back for seconds with this divine chocolate brownie! Even better, its gluten free!

Ingredients You’ll Need
- 50gm Cocoa powder
- 100gm Fat Reduced Spread (or Butter)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cups Sugar
- 50gm Healtheries Simple Baking Mix
- ½ teaspoon Gluten Free Baking powder
- 4 squares chocolate chopped roughly.
- ½ cup chopped nuts or dried fruit (optional)
Getting Into It
First Step
Melt the butter & cocoa together gently over a low heat. Form a paste and remove from heat.
Second Step
Add the sugar, stir well. Add the eggs, stir well. Add the baking mix, stir well.
Third Step
Transfer into a tin. Sprinkle chopped chocolate (and nuts or dried fruit is using them) over the top.
Fourth Step
Bake at 1800C for 20 minutes until slightly risen and cracks formed on top. Remove and allow to cool properly before slicing into pieces.
Serving Suggestions
Dust with icing sugar and enjoy warm out of the oven for a divine chocolaty treat!
