SIMPLE BERRY LIGHT CEREAL - 320 g
The Bottom Line: What is Healtheries Simple Berry Light Cereal?
Sometimes, you just don't want a dense, heavy breakfast. Especially as the days get longer and warmer, chances are that you're looking for something that gives you just the right amount of energy without weighing you down.
And if that "something" has all the gluten-free* goodness of lightly-toasted wholegrain flakes, along with the sweetness & tang of antioxidant-rich berries? Well, then. You might just think you've found the perfect breakfast!
Simple Berry Light Cereal could well be that perfect breakfast. It's a scrumptious mixture of lightly-toasted corn and rice flakes, along with sweet, tangy cranberries, blueberries and strawberries. And of course, because it's Healtheries Simple, it's completely free of wheat or gluten. What more could you want in the mornings?
* What is gluten, and why is gluten-free good?
Whole wheat, barley, rye and sometimes oat grains contain 3 main components: bran, starch and protein. "Gluten" is simply the protein part of these grains.
Bakers use flours with gluten because it helps soften and improve the texture of their baking. Unfortunately, some people just can't tolerate gluten (and others just prefer to avoid it). That's why it's important to have a range of foods like Simple that are tasty, convenient and guaranteed gluten-free.
