Wheat & Gluten Free Yeast Free Bread Ingredients
385g Simple Bread Mix
100g Milk powder
12g Baking powder
2g Bicarbonate of soda
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200ºC.
Place the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
While stirring add 350ml of water OR 300ml water and one egg whisked together
Mix well and transfer into a greased, small loaf pan.
Bake on middle rack for 30 minutes at 200ºC.
Remove from oven.
The addition of an egg gives better loaf spring and masks some of the starch and milk powder notes. However, water on its own works well if there are egg allergies or intolerances.
