Plum and Passionfruit Bircher Muesli You will need to start this recipe the day before serving.
Serves 4
2 cups Healtheries Apple &
Raisin Bircher Muesli
11/2 cups low fat milk
1/2 cup thick natural yoghurt
1 plum diced (fresh or tinned)
2 passionfruit, pulp removed or
3T pre-prepared pulp.
Extra chopped plum and thick
natural yoghurt, to serve.
1 Place muesli in a bowl. Add milk.
Stir to combine. Cover with
plastic wrap & refrigerate
overnight.
2 When ready to serve, stir
yoghurt, plum and 1/2 passion
fruit through muesli. Spoon into
bowls. Top with extra plum and
yoghurt, & drizzle with remaining
pulp. Serve & enjoy!
