It may be an oldie but it’s a goodie! Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar is an excellent great tasting tonic suitable for a wide variety of purposes. Well-known for supporting general wellbeing, this tonic is a great addition to your daily regime. Apple Cider Vinegar has traditionally been used to help soothe the throat and ease irritated skin.

Made from sun ripened NZ grown apples, which are crushed and fermented into a quality vinegar. If you’re worried about taste don’t despair – simply add some honey to taste or blend it into salad dressings and sauces.

Directions for Use

Directions for Use

For a general tonic, add 2-3 teaspoons of Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass of water, twice daily. Mix in honey to taste if desired.

For an orange vinaigrette salad dressing:

Combine, 1/3 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, and 1/4 cup Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar together. Honey can be added for sweetness. Allow to stand for one hour before serving.
