Directions for Use

Directions for Use

  • For thickening use 2 level tablespoons of Rice Flour to one cup of liquid. Mix rice flour to a smooth paste with cold liquid then stir slowly into the boiling liquid.
  • To improve the texture of cakes and biscuits add 25-50g rice flour per 250g wheat flour.
  • We recommend that this product be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
