Directions for Use

  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Chia to your smoothie, cereal, or cooked oats for a nutrient boost at breakfast.  
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Chia to plain unsweetened natural yoghurt to add omega 3 fatty acids, fibre, calcium, magnesium and a touch of sweetness.
  • Add Chia to your baking recipes or try it in pancakes as a way to add natural sweetness and extra nutrients.
  • Use Chia within the topping of your favourite berry crumble recipe or within the mixture as a natural thickener.
  • Chia absorbs water and will thicken to a soft gel the longer they are soaked. Mix 1 Tablespoon of Chia in a glass of water or cooled fruit tea for a natural chia smoothie to help fill you up between meals.
