Directions for Use

  • For longer lasting freshness, we recommend that this product be kept in the fridge 
  • Sprinkle one tablespoon per serving onto cereal, porridge, stewed fruit, yoghurt or add to smoothies and salads
  • Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of LSA Super Grains to baking recipes e.g. muffins, cakes, biscuits, muesli and breads to boost omega 3 content
  • Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of LSA Super Grains to cooking e.g. casseroles, soups and crumb coatings for meat and fish
