Being free from wheat, gluten and dairy makes them ideal for anyone with intolerances or allergies to these nutrients. Plus they come in a twin pack containing individual puddings that can be served with diced fruit, custard, ice-cream or yoghurt!

Directions for use

  • Microwave:

    Remove foil seal completely. Heat pudding for 30-40 seconds on high. Invert the bowl onto serving plate, squeeze gently and lift off slowly. Caution: Pudding will be very hot
  • Steamer:

    Break foil seal and leave in place. Place pudding in a pot of water (level below the rim of pudding container). Cover pot. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and steam for 25 minutes. Invert the bowl onto serving plate, squeeze gently and lift off slowly. Caution: Pudding will be very hot
