Contains No

Wheat, gluten, milk derivatives, seafood, soy, yeast, sugar, corn, starch, colour, flavour or preservatives.

Cautions

  • If you’re taking prescription medication or are about to have surgery, consult your healthcare practitioner before you use this product. 
  • Because this is an Echinacea product, don’t take it if you’re allergic to flowers in the daisy family. 
  • You can take this product for up to 8 weeks at a time. After this, stop taking it for at least a week before starting again. 
  • Taking Echinacea when you’re not at risk of infection may over-stimulate your immune system.

Usage

Dose

  • Adults (to help with prevention): 1 tablet daily with food, or as your health practitioner directs.
  • Adults (during infection): 2 tablets daily with food, as soon as you experience the first symptoms, or as your health practitioner directs.
  • Children 3 and over: ¼ - ½ a tablet daily, crushed into food, or as your health practitioner directs.
