Bircher muesli requires soaking overnight to release the flavours and activate the full goodness of the fibre found in its grains, seeds and dried fruits. In exchange for a little bit of forward planning, you will be rewarded with a healthier you!

Directions for use

Soaking overnight: Stir ½ cup of Healtheries Apple & Raisin Bircher Muesli with ⅓ cup of cold water, milk or juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight to soak. Add yoghurt and grated apple for extra creamy indulgence. Enjoy!

Microwave: For a quick hot delicious breakfast, prepare as above and cook on high for 1-3 minutes.
