Not only will the fibre help keep you full for longer (always useful when trying to manage your weight!), but will help cholesterol levels. So the next time you’re on a baking buzz– add some wholesome bran to your baking bowl and watch as your family devours it straight from the oven.

Directions for use

Directions for use

  • We recommend that this product be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Half to one tablespoon of bran flakes may be added to a single serve of cereal, muesli, porridge.
  • Susbstitute 1/4-1/2 cup of standard flour with bran in baking recipes. You may need to add a little extra fluid to achieve desired consistency.
  • Add bran to crumble toppings and lightly toast it for muesli mixes for extra fibre.
