Directions for use

  • We recommend that this product be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight 
  • Hot Breakfast:
    Place 1/3 cup of rice wholegrain flakes and 2/3 cup of milk or hot water per person into a saucepan. Add a tablespoon of dried fruits, nuts and seeds if desired, plus a teaspoon of honey to taste. Bring to boil and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Serve with cooked or stewed fruit, berries or grated apple, and a pinch of cinnamon. Top with cow, goat or soy milk. 
  • Natural or Toasted Muesli:
    Combine the following ingredients as desired for one serving; Healtheries Rice Wholegrain Flakes (1/4 cup), almonds walnuts, pinenuts, pecan nuts (1 dessertspoon), pumpkin or sunflower seeds (1 dessertspoon), raisins, sultanas, dates or apricots (1 dessertspoon), Healtheries Ground Flaxseed (1 dessertspoon).
    Store dry mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator. When required add hot water, milk, or fruit juice and soak overnight. Serve with fruit and yoghurt and drizzle of honey.
    To toast, blend equal quantities of honey and Healtheries Almond Oil. Spread the mixture on a flat pan and bake in the oven at 180oC for 3-4 minutes until toasted. Stir once during baking, cool and store in an airtight container.
