Healtheries LSA Super Fruits is a blend of ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds with added Blueberry, Strawberry and Blackcurrant Fibre. This unique blend provides a powerful nutrient boost and is a source of fibre, essential omega-3 fatty acids and B-vitamins. LSA Super Fruits supports daily bowel regularity, healthy cholesterol levels, glowing skin and lustrous hair. Simply add a tablespoon to your favourite cereal and yoghurt, or add to smoothies and baking recipes such as cakes, muffins and loaves. Not only does it add a healthy nutrient boost, it tastes really good too!

For longer lasting freshness, we recommend that this product be kept in the fridge
Sprinkle one tablespoon per serving over cereal, porridge, stewed fruit, yoghurt or add to smoothies 
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of LSA Super Fruits to baking recipes (e.g. muffins, cakes, biscuits, muesli and loaves) to boost fibre and omega 3 content
