Directions for use

Microwave: Stir ½ cup of Healtheries Simple Wholegrain Hot Cereal Apricot & Raisin with 200ml (a small cup) of milk. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cover and microwave on high for two more 2 minute bursts, stirring in between. Stir in added milk or water if desired. Enjoy!

Stovetop: Stir ½ cup of Healtheries Simple Wholegrain Hot Cereal Apricot & Raisin with 200ml (a small cup) of milk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in added milk or water if desired. Enjoy!
