Plus it is mildly sweet and easily dissolves in liquids without lumps so your kids will love it blended into their drink.

Directions for use

  • Healtheries Glucose provides instant sugar, ideal for diabetics and anyone experiencing acute low blood sugar symptoms. 1-2 teaspoons of glucose mixed into water will provide quick relief. 
  • For sports people – Healtheries Glucose is a natural source of energy that is quickly absorbed. It is recommended during exercise when you need a fast supply of carbohydrate to delay muscle fatigue. Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Healtheries Glucose per 250ml water or fruit juice. 
  • For travel sickness – take 1-2 teaspoons of Healtheries Glucose in a glass of warm water before starting the journey and repeat dosage as required. 
  • To soothe and settle upset stomachs, and for nausea, indigestion, or low appetite – mix 1 teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda and 2 teaspoons of Healtheries Glucose in a 250ml glass. Fill with warm boiled water and stir. Add a slice of orange or lemon and drink when required.
