Directions for use

Directions for use

  • We recommend that this product be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh.
  • To improve baking and breads, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of gluten flour for every cup of flour used in the recipe.
  • High grade flours which contain more protein will require less gluten flour. Recipes containing standard grade flours (which contain less protein), wholemeal flours, rice flour, and cornflour will require higher quantities of gluten flour.
  • Too high a level of gluten flour in a baked produce may tend to make it drier and tougher.
