Directions for use

• Vitaplan can be taken hot or cold. For a light meal or snack, use 2 scoops (30g). For a main meal replacement use 4 scoops (60g). 
•  Quarter fill a glass with milk or water (yoghurt, soy or goats milk may be used if preferred). 
• Add desired measure of Vitaplan 
• Mix well and whisk or use a blender or shaker. 
• Continue to stir while filling to the top with milk or water – cold or hot as desired. 
• For extra nutrition, blend with soft fruits such as banana or berries, or for a flavour boost, add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger. 
• To boost energy levels add 1 teaspoon of Healtheries Spirulina Smoothie Powder. 
• Store Vitaplan in an airtight container at room temperature in a dry place to prevent moisture uptake.
