Blackcurrant and Boysenberry Spiced Tea

An invigorating and luscious blend of subtly sweet berry goodness, with fresh berries, cinnamon and soda water for a bit of added sparkle. Serve over ice for a cooling and refreshingly healthy summer treat.

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups soda water

  • 4 Healtheries Iced Tea Blackcurrant & Boysenberry flavour tea bags

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 cup of boysenberries (fresh or frozen)

  • Ice to serve

Method

  1. Pour the water & soda water into a 1.5 litre jug.
  2. Add Healtheries Iced Tea Blackcurrant & Boysenberry flavour tea bags. Infuse for at least 5 minutes (tea bags may stay in as long as you like to intensify the flavour).
  3. Add cinnamon sticks and boysenberries and leave to infuse.
  4. To serve, pour into your favourite glasses topped with ice and enjoy!

Tip

Make sure the berries don’t go to waste! You can scoop them and add them to your drink, or save them until the end and enjoy some delicious Iced Tea soaked fruit.
