Blueberry Honey Smoothie

This is a yummy nutritious way to start your day or top up energy levels over the day. Your kids will love making these smoothies too!

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons manuka honey
  • 1 cup low fat milk 
  • ½ cup fruit yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Stabilised Wheatgerm
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Ground LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seed, Almond)

Method

  1. Combine the all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
