Healtheries Apple & Blueberry Christmas Punch

To serve, ladle into a glass over a few ice cubes (if desired) and garnish with mint leaves.

Apple and blueberry punch

  • 10 Healtheries Apple and Blueberry ice tea bags
  • 1 Apple3 tablespoons mint leaves
  • 1 x 190g can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 litre cloudy apple juice2 litres soda water

To serve

Ice cubes (optional), Mint leaves.

  1. Place tea bags in a large punch bowl. Add 1 litre of water, stir and allow to steep for about 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and press lightly to strain out any excess liquid.
  2. Peel apple, remove core and finely dice about 0.5cm. Finely chop mint leaves. Add both to bowl with tea, along with crushed pineapple (including juice), blueberries, apple juice and soda water and mix gently to combine.
  3. To serve, ladle into a glass over a few ice cubes (if desired) and garnish with mint leaves.
