This Fabulous Fruit Loaf is great for lunches and snacks and keeps in an airtight tin for up to 2 weeks or can be frozen. This recipe can also be adapted to suit gluten free cooks!
*For a gluten-free loaf: substitute 2 cups of Healtheries Gluten Free Baking Mix in place of the flour and the wheatgerm used in this recipe. Check your baking powder is gluten free.
This loaf is delicious served warm from the oven for a tasty snack on its own or with a scraping of low fat spread.
