  • Healtheries Bircher Deluxe Muesli*
  • 1 Green Tea with Blood Orange Tea Bag*
  • 100g of Low Fat Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt (optional but included in the nutritionals)
  • Mixed Nuts and Fruits to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Boil the jug and brew your favourite Green Tea for 3-5 minutes in a mug, bowl, or individual tupperware container.
  2. Add 1/2 Cup of Healtheries Bircher Muesli (this recipes uses our 'Deluxe' variety)
  3. Cover(or seal your container) andallow the Bircher Muesli mix to soak overnight orsoften while you attend to the children, get yourself ready for the day, or make your way to work with your sealed container in tow.
  4. Top the mix with 100g of Low Fat Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt for a protein and calcium boost.

Serving Suggestions

You can add extra nuts, dried fruit, or ground LSA to the mix but keep in mind this will increase the energy, fat and/or sugar content of your breakfast - this recipe already provides a good balance of the nutrients you need to start your day.
