The combination of tart raspberries with sweet creamy banana and a dollop of peanut butter make this smoothie a wholesome taste explosion! Perfect for breakfast or as a post- exercise snack.

  • 1 banana, fresh or sliced into rounds and frozen for a creamier smoothie
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Super Greens Smoothie Booster
  • 1/4 avocado (optional)

2 smoothies

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high- powered blender or Nutri- bullet and process until well combined.
  2. Pour into your favourite serving glasses, top with a few extra frozen raspberries and enjoy!
