Guacamole Avocado Dip

This tasty and nutritious guacamole recipe is perfect for dunking crispy snacks or adding the final touch to a Mexican meal!

  • 3 ripe avocados with skin and stones removed
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • ½ red capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chilli sauce to taste (check that it is gluten free)
  • ½ cup of low fat sour cream or cottage cheese or unsweetened natural yoghurt

Method

  1. Mash avocados and mix with other ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill before serving.
