This delicious low fat spread packs a healthy punch of calcium, protein and fibre while being low in saturated fat, perfect for topping bread or crackers.

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Healtheries Ground Linseed
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs e.g. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Healtheries Flaxseed Oil (optional)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Makes

For 4 people (1/4 cup per serve)

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until time to serve.

Serving Suggestions

Spread over toasted bread, bagels or pita and top with your choice of salad such as cucumber and tomato
