Love Your Heart Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with antioxidant rich foods including berries, raw cacao powder and raw almonds to support and protect your heart. It's as beautiful to look at as it is to eat!

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (we used raspberries and boysenberries)
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Super Reds Smoothie Booster
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tsp honey

2 smoothies

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high- powered blender or Nutri- bullet and process until well combined.
  2. Pour into your favourite serving glasses and enjoy!
