LSA Florentines

These scrummy florentines are nutrient packed with a combination of fruits, nuts, seeds and ground LSA. Enjoy these energy boosting treats with a good cup of tea or coffee.

  • 3 Cups Wholemeal Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Sultanas
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mixed of Chia Seeds & Black & White sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Healtheries LSA
  • 1/2 cup Healtheries Bran flakes
  • 1 Tin of Lite Condensed Milk

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix. Add the condensed milk to the mixture and stir to combine
  3. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray to make 20 individual serves
  4. Bake at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes. Allow florentines to cool before removing from trays.

Serving suggestion

Enjoy for morning or afternoon tea with your favourite cuppa.
