Mango & Passionfruit Bircher Muesli

What better way to kickstart your day than with this nutritious bowl of succulent oats, grains and seedssoaked over night andtopped with fresh fruit.

  • 2 cups Healtheries Apple & Raisin Bircher Muesli*
  • 11/3 cups low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat natural or greek yoghurt
  • 1mango sliced (fresh or tinned)
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp removed or 3T pre-prepared pulp.

* Other Healtheries flavours include Berry & Apple or Deluxe Bircher Muesli

Method

  1. Place the muesli into a large bowl. Add the milk and cover with plastic wrap. Soak overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. When ready to serve, stir in the yoghurt and top with mango and passionfruit.

Serving Suggestions

For a sweeter flavour you may like to drizzle a little honey over top or boost the fibre content with a sprinkle of Healtheries Ground LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seed & Almond Meal).
