Our Naturally Slim Super Smoothie Breakfast Bowl provides a good source of protein which helps support muscle maintenance, and is packed with calcium-rich whole foods for healthy bones.

Ingredients

Green Smoothie Blend

  • Banana, medium sized and frozen
  • Handful of spinach, raw and washed
  • ½ cup yoghurt, low fat and unsweetened
  • ¼ milk, fat reduced
  • 1 tsp Healtheries Super Greens Smoothie Booster
  • 1 scoop Healtheries Naturally Slim Creamy Vanilla flavour

Red Smoothie Blend

  • Handful of mixed berries, frozen
  • ½ cup yoghurt, low fat & unsweetened
  • ¼ cup milk, fat reduced
  • 1 tsp Healtheries Super Reds Smoothie Booster
  • 1 scoop Healtheries Naturally Slim Creamy Vanilla flavour

Topping Ingredients

  • ½ banana, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Healtheries Black Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp chopped nuts
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut

 

Makes

2 smoothie bowls


Method

1.       To make the green smoothie, place all ingredients in a food processor and whizz to blend. Divide mixture between two serving bowls.

2.       To make the red smoothie, place all ingredients in a clean food processor bowl and whizz to blend. Pour mixture into the centre of the bowls containing your green smoothie.

3.       Top your smoothie bowls with the sliced banana, chia, nuts and coconut, or other toppings of your choice.

4.       Serve & enjoy immediately!
