Super Berry Smoothie

This nutrient-packed smoothie is a real winner. High in protein thanks to Healtheries Naturally Slim, and with a generous dose of healthy fats, fibre plus antioxidant-rich berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pam’s Berry Smoothie Mix
  • 1 heaped Tablespoon Healtheries Ground LSA Super Fruits
  • 2 level scoops Healtheries Naturally Slim Creamy Vanilla shake
  • 1 tablespoon Healtheries Super Reds Smoothie Booster
  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
 

 

Makes

2 smoothies

 

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and process for a minute until smooth.
  2. Check consistency adding extra almond milk to thin if required.
  3.  Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
