This low fat smoothie recipe is a wonderful option when you need an easy snack or top up on the go. Great to fit in with your healthy lifestyle or weight management program.

  • 2 scoops Healtheries Naturally Slim Creamy Vanilla Flavour
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp low fat plain unsweetened natural yoghurt
  • 3 Tbsp fresh or frozen blueberries

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Serving Suggestions

Serve over ice or add a pinch of cinnamon. Store in a shaker in the fridge if you are preparing as a snack ahead of time.
