Oh hello gorgeous gluten free muesli slice! This delicious creation features Healtheries Gluten Free Berry De-Light Cereal and it is perfect for a quick breakfast on the go or a filling snack.This slice has yummy pops of vanilla and raspberry, chewy bits of cereal and pumpkin seeds, and isn’t overly sweet. 90g butter/dairy free spread, softened but not melted
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon chia seed + 4 tbsp boiling water
3/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
1 cup Healtheries Gluten Free Berry De-Light Cereal
1 cup gluten free rice pops
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped
1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries, chopped
