Berry Kiwi Smoothie

Add some extra Vitamin C, Prebiotics & Probiotics into your diet with this delicious smoothie. Our nutritionist Emma has packed in a ton of goodness and it tastes great too!

Ingredients:

100g Plain Yoghurt which contains Probiotics (we used one from The Collective)

1/2 Banana

1 tbsp Healtheries Chia Seeds

1/4 cup Blueberries

2 Kiwifruit (peeled)

Up to 300ml Water

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. To make a swirl as we have blend a few extra blueberries with water and add to cups or jars before blending the smoothie
