Bliss balls are so on trend right now and are a great little treat to help keep kids fuelled and full of energy. With a few simple ingredients you can come up with some great flavour combinations. Here’s a favourite of ours which includes the Healtheries Chai Seeds & LSA for a superfood hit!
Note: If you don’t have time to roll the balls press mixture into a slice tray lined with baking paper. Best kept in airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Not a fan of peppermint? Other variations- add a little orange juice and rind; Cinnamon; Vanilla essence; Get inventive!
