Creamy Tomato Dip

This creamy tomato dip is full of flavour and lower in fat than traditional dips, perfect for dunking crispy snacks for a healthier treat.

  • 1 medium tomato, chopped 
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups extra lite sour cream


  1. Combine tomatoes with lemon juice, salt, and pepper; let stand for 45 minutes.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and sour cream; stir to blend.
  3. Refrigerate to chill thoroughly.
