Mango, Lemongrass & Ginger Fizz

Taste the tropics with this refreshing mango and coconut quencher. With a hint of fragrant lemongrass and zingy ginger to spice things up.


200ml brewed and cooled Organic Lemongrass & Ginger Tea (use 2 tea bags)

2 handfuls frozen mango pieces

200ml ginger beer (we’ve used ‘diet’ for a lower sugar option)

200ml coconut water (no sugar added)


1.       In a high powered blender, break down the frozen mango pieces. Add the coconut water and tea and mix to combine.

2.       Pour into a large jug and add the diet ginger beer.

3.       Drop a few ice cubes into the bottom of four drinking glasses and top with the tea mixture.
