Keep cool this summer with these refreshing Naturally Slim Essential Protein ice blocks. These icy treats are low in carbohydrates and sugars (1.8g of sugar per serve!) Making them a great swap for the traditional store bought high sugar popsicles.
1 handful fresh spinach
4 heaped scoops (60g) Healtheries Naturally Slim Essential Protein with Super Greens
250ml almond milk (unsweetened)
½ cup Blueberries
*For a gluten free recipe please make sure all ingredients are gluten free.
1. Place all ingredients (except for the blueberries) in a high powered blender and blitz until well combined.
2. Divide whole blueberries between 8 ice block compartments in an ice block tray.
3. Pour the almond milk/protein mixture over the blueberries, evenly dividing between the compartments.
4. Place in freezer for a couple of hours or overnight.
