Raw Chia Salad

This tasty and nutritious salad offers a nice change to the family salad routine, sure to surprise and delight!

  • 1 large beetroot, grated
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 pear, grated
  • 3 Tbsp Healtheries Black Chia Seeds


  • 4 Tbsp Healtheries LSA Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add the first four ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Combine final four dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
  3. Mix dressing lightly through the salad and leave to infuse for 15 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with lean meat, chicken or fish for a more complete meal.
