Sweet Beet Smoothie

The earthy flavour of beetroot along with sweet crunchy apple makes the most delicious smoothie. The addition of LSA boosts fibre, protein and omega- 3 fatty acids for a nutritious breakfast or snack option.

  • 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped into small pieces (or grated)
  • 1 small- medium red apple, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Ground LSA
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Super Reds Smoothie Booster


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high- powered blender or Nutri- bullet and process until well combined.
  2. Pour into your favourite serving glasses and enjoy!
