Wholesome Porridge

This wholesome breakfast is bursting with natural healthy fats from Chia and LSA for a nutrient-packed start to your day.

  • 1/3 cup wholegrain oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries Black Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Healtheries LSA Super Grains 
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (one handful)


First Step

Cook oats in water for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until creamy (for best results soak for 10 minutes first)

Second Step

Stir in chia seeds and LSA, and top with a handful of berries

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy with a dollop of low fat yoghurt or stir in your favourite milk for a boost of protein.
